Your profile
Sign in and open your profile to manage email, notification preferences, registered processors and available account controls. Verify your email before relying on alert delivery. Email notification settings and a host’s alert state are separate; see alerts.
Passkey controls let you register, list and remove passkeys where available. Keep access to your chosen authentication method when removing a credential.
Plans and allowances
Use Subscription for current prices, host limits, token/context allowances, retention and enabled features. Model availability, diagnostics and agent capabilities can impose additional limits. Plan figures belong on that maintained page rather than being repeated across setup guides.
Open Profile → View Subscription to review your plan and use the provided billing flow. For an existing paid subscription, its plan control opens the customer portal where you can manage or cancel billing. Review the terms there before confirming a change. Registered agents
Review your registered processors and identify them by the location used in host configuration. A processor’s latest communication helps diagnose its connection; it does not guarantee that every target is reachable.
You can remove a registered processor through the available management control. Check affected hosts and assign another suitable location if necessary. Enrolled ESP32 boards have a separate Device firmware update workflow; see board setup.
Your data and preferences
The website offers host/report downloads and a profile data archive. These serve different purposes and formats; read reports and downloads before using them elsewhere. Stored history is subject to your plan and retention policy.
Light, dark and system appearance modes are available from the appearance control. Website layouts adapt to desktop and mobile, while saved table and chart choices help keep your working view useful.
Privacy and responsible use
Read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Security & Compliance and Terms & Acceptable Use. Assistant interactions are logged, and chosen providers may process submitted information. Do not paste secrets into chat when a dedicated credential field is available.
Service transport and control-message security do not establish the security of every monitored remote device. Use quantum checks and diagnostics for specific tested properties. Run tests only within your authorised scope.
